Description
This is a cottage that has been converted into an outbuilding, dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century, and it incorporates some earlier materials. The structure is built from rubble with a slate roof and features a stone stack on the left gable. It stands two storeys high and consists of one bay. The outbuilding has a boarded doorway, with ground and first floor windows to the left, both of which have been renewed but are set in their original openings, featuring raised cement surrounds. The lower part of the left gable includes a more substantial rubble wall from an older building. This outbuilding is included for its group value with the Corn Mill Farmhouse and Mill.
