Description
Low Huntwell Farmhouse is an early 19th-century house featuring squared stone construction with tooled and margined quoins and tooled lintels. The building has a hipped slate roof and stone stacks with dripstones. It is designed in an 'L' plan and stands two storeys tall. The east front has two wide bays that flank a narrow, projecting gabled central bay, which contains a half-glazed door beneath an overlight. The windows are 12-pane sashes, and the gable has plain bargeboards. The adjacent front to the left (south) is similar in style, but the door and windows have all been renewed. There are later outshuts at the rear.
