Description
Peasmeadows House is an early 19th-century house constructed of squared stone, featuring tooled and margined quoins and tooled ashlar dressings. The roof is slate with coped gables supported by kneelers. The building has two storeys and three windows. The central entrance consists of a panelled door with alternating jambs and an overlight that has geometric glazing bars. The windows are 12-pane sash types with slightly projecting sills. A stone eaves corbel table is present, along with rebuilt brick chimneys at each end. The rear elevation includes an off-centre ground floor door with tooled and margined alternating jambs, and a round-headed stair window adorned with ashlar voussoirs and a raised keystone.
