Description
Breckon Hill is a cottage and byre dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of rubble with a stone slate roof and features a single stone gable stack with drip stones. The cottage, which is built into a steep slope, has a two-storey front facing the road that is mostly blank except for a doorway on the ground floor. On the right side, there is a small window on the first floor. The rear of the building has three storeys, with a ground floor door leading to the byre, a 16-pane sash window on the first floor, and a shortened 12-pane sash window on the second floor.
