Description

This outbuilding, located to the west of No. 1 St Botolph Green, was originally a cottage and dates from the early 18th century. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble with freestone dressings and features a Collyweston stone slated roof. The building has chamfered coped parapet gables with end stacks, and the upper courses are made of brick. It is one storey with an attic, containing two ground floor casement windows with wooden lintels and two gabled dormer windows. The side entry has been altered to include double doors, and there is a loop hood mould above a single light attic window in the east gable. This outbuilding is included for its group value.
