Description
Perwen Farmhouse is a detached farmhouse built around 1800. It features rubble-stone walls and a thatched roof with stone gable copings and level kneelers. There are brick stacks at each gable end. The building is two storeys high and has three windows, which are sashes with glazing bars and flush wooden frames. The front door is centrally located and is a flush-panelled design with two top lights, dating from the 19th century. A simple porch supported by cast-iron columns and featuring a level canopy is positioned over the door. At the west gable end, there is a rubble-stone extension with a pent roof and one fixed window.
