This is a barn and cider house dating from the 18th century, located 15 metres east of Beerlands Farmhouse. The building features brick walls laid in Flemish bond and has a half-hipped roof covered with corrugated iron. The barn has doors at the centre and no porches, with a plank door consisting of four leaves. To the left, there is a cider house that shares the same roof, which includes a plank door and a loft door positioned above it. This structure is included for its group value.
