Description

Beerlands Farmhouse is an early to mid-18th century farmhouse. It has stone sleeper walls with brick walls in a Flemish bond pattern above. The roof is slate, with stone gable copings at both ends. There are three brick stacks on the left-hand gable, one central, and one to the right of the centre, as well as a rear stack on a small rear wing. The farmhouse has two storeys and five windows, with wooden casements mostly containing three lights and glazing bars. Wooden cills and lintels are present. A glass-panelled door is situated to the left of centre, and is a 20th-century addition.
