Description
Sunnyside and Sadler's Cottage are two attached cottages dating from the 18th century and later. They feature rubble walls with brick quoins, with the right-hand cottage being whitewashed. The cottages have thatched roofs with gable ends and two brick stacks, one located at the left-hand gable and the other set in from the right-hand gable. Originally, each cottage had a symmetrical facade, but Sadler's Cottage now includes a one-bay extension from the 20th century. The buildings are 1½ storeys tall and have five windows, which are 2-light wooden casements from the 20th century. The windows have wooden lintels and renewed wooden cills. The front doors consist of a French window type on the left-hand side and a studded wooden door from the 20th century on the right-hand side.
