Description
Huish Farmhouse is a detached farmhouse dating from the early 19th century. It features coursed knapped flint and banded stone walls, with brick quoins. The roof is thatched with gable ends, stone gable copings, and moulded kneelers. There are rebuilt brick stacks at the left and right gables, as well as at the far right ridge. The building has two storeys with three windows on one side and two on the other, all of which are sashes with thin glazing bars that have been renewed. The windows have brick dressings and a continuous brick apron between the ground and first floor windows, with cambered brick window heads. The service end has casements. The front door features flush and fielded panels with matching reveals and a brick-dressed surround.
