Description
Ham Farmhouse is a detached farmhouse dating from the early 19th century. It features walls made of knapped flint and chalk blocks, with stone and brick quoins. The roof is covered with Roman tiles and has gable ends, while brick stacks are located at the gable ends. The building is two storeys high and has three windows, which are three-light wood casements with one horizontal glazing bar and wood cills. Above the central doorway, there is a two-light casement. The windows have brick dressings, cambered brick arches, and keystones. The front doorway, located at the centre, is framed by brick dressings and has a six flush-panel door with a ribbed surround from the 19th century. To the right, there is an attached block with a slate roof, stone gable coping, and a brick stack, also two storeys high, featuring two-light casements.
