Description

This is a 17th-century cottage located within a terrace on the west side of East Street, Corfe Castle. The cottage has rubble stone walls and a stone slate roof, with a brick stack positioned at the rear of the ridge on the left end. It is a one-storey building with an attic. A recessed porch with a segmental arch leads to a part-glazed door. The ground floor features a casement window with glazing bars, also set beneath a segmental arch. The attic contains a pent-roofed dormer with casements that match the ground floor window.
