Description

No. 76 is a cottage located in a terrace on East Street, dating from the 18th century. It features rubble stone walls and a stone slate roof, with brick stacks at each end. The building has two storeys and an attic. The entrance is a battened door set under a segmental arch. On the ground floor, there are two fixed windows with glazing bars, also under segmental arches. The first floor includes two casement windows with glazing bars, while the attic has a flat-roofed dormer with similar casements. This property is listed as a National Trust property.
