The Knapp is a cottage in a terrace, dating from the late 18th century. It features rubble stone walls and a stone slate roof, with a brick stack located at the right end. The building is two storeys high with an attic. The entrance consists of a ledged door set beneath a segmental arch. On the ground floor, there are two casement windows, both positioned under segmental arches, with the one at the left end being reduced in width.
