Description

No. 18 East Street is a cottage that is part of a terrace and is partly used as a shop. It dates from the 18th century and features brick walls built on a rubble stone base, with a stone slate roof and brick stacks at each end. The building has two storeys. At the left end, there is a single-storey bay shop window with roughcast walls and a flat roof, along with a glazed shop door. The main house has a ledged door set under a segmental arch. On the ground floor, there is one casement window with glazing bars, also under a similar arch. The first floor contains two casement windows with glazing bars and one blocked window.
