The ice house located 80 metres east-south-east of Frampton Court is a detached structure from the 19th century. It features brick walls in a circular shape, with a shallow brick dome constructed in header bond. The ice house has a diameter of approximately 10 feet and stands about 10 feet high. There is a round-headed entrance on the north side.
