Description
Laburnum, Jasmine, and Lilac Cottages are a row of three estate cottages built in the mid-19th century. They feature dressed stone walls with Ham stone dressings and a string course. The cottages have a clay tile roof that is hipped at both ends, with brick stacks located on the ridge, to the left and right of the center. The buildings are two stories high and have a total of six windows: three-light windows on the ground floor, which have straight-chamfered stone mullions and wooden casements, and two-light windows above. Each front doorway has straight-chamfered stone jambs with four-centred heads and plank doors that include glass lights, which were renewed in the 20th century.
