1, 2, 4, and 5 Laburnum Cottages are a group of 18th-century cottages, significantly altered since their original construction. They are two storeys high, with a red brick facade on the south side, which has been stuccoed. The cottages have a tiled roof and casement windows. A gabled projection is visible at the east end.
