Description

Elm Barn is a mid-18th century barn, retaining some earlier timbers in its construction. It includes two attached lean-tos, one being a cart shed and the other reportedly a horse-powered 'engine house' used for threshing corn. The barn has group value with the nearby former farmhouse.
