Description
30, 31, and 32 are three cottages built in the 18th century, with some alterations made in the 20th century. They are constructed of red brick laid in Flemish bond, with most of the ground floor featuring glazed headers. The cottages have a machine tile roof with brick ridge stacks and each has a single-unit plan.
The exterior is a single storey with an attic and features a six-window range. There are two entrances that have 20th-century doors. The front includes three single-storey canted bay windows and a two-light casement window. Additionally, there are six gabled dormers, each with two-light casements that have lead cames and crown glass. To the right, there is a 19th-century brick extension. The interior has not been inspected.
