Description

12 and 13 Nothe Parade are a pair of early 19th-century houses located in Weymouth. They are rendered with a slate roof and rise three storeys high, featuring one window on the left and one on the right. The upper floor has a 9-pane sash window above a bowed oriel window with 8:12:8 panes, which is topped with a small modillion cornice. The ground floor has a 16-pane sash window. Each house has an arched head over plaster fanlights in a shell form, and both have 6-panel doors, with the door to No. 13 being part-glazed. These doors are set on a single stone step above a small plinth. A plain band runs below the blocking course, which is finished with a coped parapet that returns at the ends. There are two ridge stacks. The interior has not been inspected.
