Description
3 and 4 Gaskell Avenue are a pair of early 19th-century houses located in Knutsford. They are constructed of brick and topped with a slate roof. The houses are designed with a single-width double-pile layout and stand two storeys tall. Each house features outer entrances with stepped round-arched doorways, which are complemented by six-panelled doors that have decorative tracery in the fanlight above. The ground floor is adorned with 16-pane sash windows that have flat-arched gauged brick heads, while similar 12-pane sash windows are found on the upper floor. An axial stack is present on the building. The interior has not been inspected.
