Description

14 Princess Street is a shop with a dwelling above, now entirely in commercial use. It dates from the early 19th century, with some alterations made in the late 19th century. The building features a rendered brick exterior and a slate roof. It has two storeys and an irregular three-window layout. There is an inserted shop front, and the windows are 12-pane sash types set in moulded stuccoed cases. The building is topped with a modillion eaves cornice and has no chimney stacks. The interior has not been inspected.
