Description
57 Church Street is a late 19th-century building. It is two storeys high with two window bays, and has a hipped slate roof. The front of the building is currently clad in modern pebbledash. The first floor has a three-pane sash window with horns on the left-hand side, and a three-light sash window with small panes and no horns on the right-hand side. The ground floor features a modern door on the left and a three-light sash window on the right. At the right-hand end, there is a one-bay cross wing with a single three-light sash window with glazing bars facing Church Street. The building forms a group of significance with the Parish Church of St Michael, the churchyard wall and railings, and the Infants' School.
