Description
Number 11 Church Street is a late 18th to early to mid-19th century building. It is a two-storey structure with a slate gabled roof. The front of the building is plastered and has a projecting plinth. It features two sash windows with glazing bars on the upper floor, and to the right on the ground floor, a modern bow window that matches the style of the windows in numbers 9 and 10. The doorway has a moulded architrave with a small pediment above it, and contains a six-panelled door, with the upper four panels being fielded. The building shares the same roof span as numbers 9, 10, and 12 on Church Street. It forms a group with the Tudor House Hotel (number 1) and numbers 6 to 12, and the north front of the Guildhall, which marks the southern end of the group.
