Cottage attached to village hall. Probably contemporary with hall. c1845. Similar in design to No. 55. Rubble stone walls, hipped slate roof. Stone stack with moulded cap on right wall. L-shaped plan - main range at right angles to road. Panelled door. Ground floor has one sash window with glazing bars - this and door under shaped stone lintols. First floor has one sash window with glazing bars. Rear wing, of similar construction, has a C20 single-storey extension with asbestos slate roof. Stone boundary wall along road. Included for group value.
