Description

The building at 10, 10A, 12, 14, and 16 Leigh Road comprises a group of properties, with No. 14 dating to circa 1830. No. 14 is stuccoed with a modern pantiled roof. It features pilasters running the full height of the building. Original sash windows with glazing bars remain on the first floor; the second-floor windows are modern replacements. The ground floor includes a Neo-Georgian bow and a Greek Doric porch with a round-headed doorcase. A contemporary staircase is present with a mahogany handrail. No. 16 is a 19th-century lean-to extension and is not considered to be of special architectural interest.
