Description

Beechleas is a building located on Poole Road, dating from the early 19th century, although its roof pitch suggests it may have origins in the early 18th century. The structure is two storeys tall and constructed of red brick. It features a steeply pitched old tiled roof with one segmented-headed dormer. The front facade includes three sash windows with intact glazing bars and gauged brick voussoirs. On the ground floor, there is a three-light canted bay window and a central round-headed doorcase with a blocked fanlight above. The forecourt is enclosed by attractive iron spear railings with finials, alongside a red brick garden wall.
