This is an early 19th-century coach house, originally part of Beechleas. It is constructed of red brick with grey brick headers. The roof is hipped and slate-covered. The building features segmental arched openings. Attached to the south-east is a red brick wall with a blank oculus. The building is listed at group value, meaning it is significant because of its contribution to the wider setting of Beechleas.
