Description

This is an 18th-century building on the north side of Leigh Road. It is part of a group of buildings and included on the list because of its contribution to the area's character, despite later alterations. The building has rendered (plastered) walls with a brick dentil cornice running along the eaves. The roof is tiled, and there is a rendered chimney stack. It is two storeys high. The ground floor now has a modern glazed door and a casement window. The first floor has two windows, which are modern pivoted sash windows.
