Description

The coach house and stable block at The Beeches, dating from around 1800, is now used as stores and has undergone minor alterations in the 20th century. It is constructed of red brick in English garden wall bond of three, topped with a hipped slate roof featuring stone dressings. The building is two stories high with a three-bay front. The central entrance has a 20th-century door with an elliptical overlight, flanked by planked doors that have glazing bar fanlights, which are further accompanied by single circular glazing bar lights. On the first floor, there are four small glazing bar casements with segmental brick heads.
