BEECH HALL DRIVE Coach House and Stable at rear of Beech Hall School

Coach house and stable. Circa 1800, with mid C19, early and mid C20 alterations. Brown brick, with red brick dressings and hipped concrete tile roof. 2 storeys; 3 windows. Windows are mainly C19 casements with pointed arched heads. In the centre, a pair of ogee-headed openings with Gothick blind tracery, that to the left attenuated by a mid C20 inserted window. Opening to right contains a mid C20 window and door. Beyond, on each side, a pointed arched doorway flanked by single windows. Right doorway has a C19 4-panel door and overlight. Left return has a C20 window on each floor, that above in a pointed arched opening. Right return has a gabled single bay addition, C20, and C20 fenestration. Rear has irregular C20 fenestration.
