Description
Dairy House is a detached structure located 30 metres east of Looke Farmhouse, dated 1711, as indicated by a stone tablet. It features rubble-stone walls with dressed stone quoins and has a 20th-century Roman tile roof with gable ends. There are brick stacks at each gable end. The building is two storeys high with lofts above and has an irregular arrangement of three windows, which include small square windows that were added in the 20th century, featuring fixed single lights. There are also three two-leaf loft doors in old wooden frames located just below the eaves. The front door, positioned left of centre, is a plank door with ornamental 20th-century hinges. At the rear, there is a pentice-roofed outshut.
