Description

17A South Street is an early to mid 19th century building. The west front, which is the entrance side, is rendered, while the rest of the building is hung with slate. It has a pitched slate roof and a red brick chimney stack. The building is two storeys tall and features a range of casement windows with glazing bars, along with a part-glazed planked door. This property, along with Nos 3 to 9 (odd), the Bridport Arts Centre, and Nos 11 to 17 (odd), as well as 17B, forms a group with the Greyhound Hotel on East Street.
