Description

17A and 17B on London Street is an early to mid 19th century house with a stucco front. It stands three stories tall and features a low pitched slate valley roof with end wall stacks. The building has a three-window range with 16-pane sash windows. There is a central arched doorway on the ground floor, flanked by 19th century shopfronts that have pilaster strip frames and a fascia. The rear of the building is constructed from rubble stone and brick. There is a lower, steep-roofed range on the west side at the back, also made of rubble stone and brick, with plain and stone tile roofs.
