22 London Street is an 18th-century small cottage made of roughcast rubble stone. It has two stories and an attic, topped with a stone-tiled roof that features one gabled dormer and a stack at the east end wall. The cottage has a single range of windows, with a triple casement on the first floor and a modern paired light window below. The rear roof is covered with plain tiles.
