Description
Nos 13 and 15 on London Street are an early to mid 19th century range with a stucco front, likely a refacing of an earlier building. The structure is two stories high and features a plain tile roof with end wall and ridge stacks. It has a three-window arrangement with a parapet, moulded coping, and cornice. The first floor has triple windows that are glazing bar sashes, accompanied by side-lights in architrave surrounds topped with cornices. The ground floor consists of two modern shopfronts and a central door that has an open segmental pediment supported by Corinthian pilasters. Originally, there were two doors and a balustrade at the parapet. At the rear, there is a gabled red brick extension on the west side, along with a rubble and brick range that runs parallel to the front range, and an additional early 19th century red brick building with a hipped roof and three full-height openings featuring gauged brick heads.
