Description

17A High Street is an 18th-century building that was originally part of the Rosswyn Hotel. It is constructed of painted brick and has three storeys. The front features a single window with wide 16-pane sashes that have segmental heads, keyblocks, moulded cases, and sills. The ground floor sash has a flush moulded case. There is a passageway door on the side of the building. The structure is accented by projecting brick quoins and a moulded eaves cornice with modillions.
