Description
No. 31 High Street is an early 19th-century building made of stucco. It stands three storeys tall and features one window on the ground floor, which is a tall sash window with glazing bars. The first-floor window is set within an elliptical-headed recess. There is a band at the second-floor level, and the building is topped with a parapet. Nos. 28 to 40 High Street form a group with this property.
