This is an early to mid-19th century row of terraced houses located on Layton Lane. The row comprises numbers 16 to 20. It is three storeys high, with varying numbers of window bays: three bays to number 16, two bays to number 18, and three bays to number 20. The buildings have a slate gabled roof and brick stacks. The front facade is constructed of rough ashlar. Some windows retain their original glazing bars, specifically in numbers 18 and 20.
