Description
Paddock's Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse constructed with coursed Lias stone walls. It features a thatched roof, which has a gable end on the right side and a hipped roof on the left. There is a brick chimney stack at the right end and a 20th-century brick stack at the eaves on the left. The building has two storeys and three windows, which include wooden casements and two metal frame casements at ground floor level. The cills are made of wood and concrete. The front door is a panelled design from the 20th century, and there is a 20th-century porch made of Lias stone, topped with a hipped thatch roof and featuring a small window with lozenge leaded lights. Inside, there is a large open fireplace with a wooden lintel that is partially blocked, and the floors are made of flagstone.
