Description
Little Bluntshay Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse located on Bluntshay Lane in Whitchurch Canonicorum. The building features stone-rubble walls with brick quoins and dressings, topped by a steeply pitched slate roof that is hipped at the left end and has stone gable coping at the right end. There is a renewed brick stack at the left hand hip apex and another brick stack at the right gable. The farmhouse is two storeys high and has four windows, which are regular 2-light wooden casements with horizontal glazing bars, set in brick jambs and voussoirs. At the centre, there is a 20th-century porch made of concrete with a pitched slate roof, leading to a 20th-century door with six glass panels. An outbuilding is located at the left hand end, covered by a pentice asbestos slate roof.
