Description

Beechwood Farm House is a late 18th or early 19th century farmhouse. It is constructed of stone rubble with a slate roof featuring gabled ends. The building is two storeys high and has a four-window front. It contains 19th-century two-light casement windows with horizontal glazing bars, the ground floor windows being set beneath segmental arches. A central, glazed door is set within a flanking panel and is protected by a small 19th or 20th century wooden porch. Brick chimney stacks have been added to the gable ends. A lean-to addition is located at the south-west end. The house is positioned with its rear facing the road.
