House in row. Late C18 or early C19. Rendered, slate double mansard roof. 2 storeys and attic, 1 window; a 2-light casement flat dormer above 2-storey 8:12:8-pane sash bow with dentil cornice, and with vertical boarded skirts. To the left, on one stone step a C20 door under a 3-pane transom light. The gabled right return has one light centrally at attic level, and 2 stacks. The back has a dormer and a very large 4-pane sash, and there is a long slated one-storey wing. This was one house of a pair, the adjoining No.14 has been demolished. INTERIOR: not inspected.
