Description

31 High West Street is a house in a row, dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It features a rough rendered wall and an asbestos-cement slate roof. The building has two storeys and an attic, with one window. The mansard roof includes a 4-pane raking dormer above an 8:12:8-pane oriel bow window, which has a dentil cornice over a flat 28-pane bow display window with slender moulded glazing bars. To the left, there is a 20th-century door. The interior has not been inspected.
