Description
No. 30 High West Street is a house in a row, dating from the late 18th century. It features painted brickwork and a tiled roof. The building has two storeys and an attic, with one window. There is a small two-light small-pane hipped dormer in the mansard roof, positioned above a replica 16-pane window and a replica square bay window. To the left, there is a 20th-century door set in a square opening. A ridge stack is located to the right. The interior has not been inspected. The Royal Commission on the Historical Monuments of England suggests that this is the earliest house in the row, although, like most of the others, it has undergone modifications in the 20th century.
