Description

29 High West Street is a house in a row, dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It features painted brickwork and a tiled roof. The building has two storeys and an attic, with one window. The mansard roof includes a raking 4-pane sash dormer above an oriel bow that has 8:12:8-pane sashes and a dentil cornice. On the ground floor, there is a canted bay with 4:4:4-pane windows. To the left, there is a 20th-century door set in an arched opening with a painted-over fanlight, accessed by one step. The house has a small plinth and a stack to the left. The interior has not been inspected.
