Description

Riverside Cottages are two semi-detached cottages built in the late 19th century. They feature coursed rubble-stone walls and a clay-tile roof with projecting rafters and gable ends. The cottages have triple brick stacks at the ridge in the center. They are two storeys high and have four windows, each with a full set of 2-light cast-iron casements that include glazing bars and wood cills. The doors at the left and right ends are made of planks and set in wood frames. These cottages are included for their group value, located at the south entry to Village Street, near Bridge Farmhouse and Chapel Cottage.
