Description

The Cider House, located immediately south of Manor Farmhouse, is a detached structure dating from the 17th century. It features rubble stone walls and a thatched roof that is hipped at the left end and half-hipped at the right end. The building has one and a half storeys and includes three windows, which are wooden and iron casements with leaded glass, two of which have wooden lintels and one with a cambered brick lintel. The west wall has a central stable-type door with a wooden lintel above it. To the right of this door is a loft door, used for an apple store, which is accessed by stone steps.
