Pump House. Late C17 - early C18. Brick walls. Half-hipped tiled roof with stone eaves courses. Single-storey. Front wall has 3 semi-circular arches on brick piers, with projecting imposts. Contains old pump formerly supplying water to the house. Grade II* for group value.
